EQT Acquires Mabtech from IK Partners and Mérieux Equity Partners

EQT, via its newly launched EQT Healthcare Growth Strategy, is acquiring Swedish immunoassay specialist Mabtech AB from IK Partners and Mérieux Equity Partners. Mabtech, a developer and manufacturer of antibodies, kits and readers used in vaccine, infectious disease and oncology research, will be supported by EQT to expand its product portfolio and accelerate geographic growth, particularly in the US. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals and financial terms were not disclosed.

Elos Medtech Acquires Klingel Medical Group from IK Partners

Elos Medtech AB has agreed to acquire KLINGEL Holding GmbH (Klingel Medical Group) from IK Partners' IK VIII Fund. The acquisition expands Elos Medtech's CDMO capabilities and DACH footprint, combining Klingel's precision metal components, development services and sterile packaging expertise with Elos's global medtech platform.

Novo Holdings Acquires Ellab from EQT Private Equity

Novo Holdings A/S has agreed to acquire Ellab from EQT Mid Market Europe (EQT Private Equity); the deal was announced in June and subsequently completed following regulatory approvals. Headquartered in Hillerød, Denmark, Ellab is a provider of validation and monitoring hardware, software and services for the biotech and pharmaceutical industries; the Lundbeck Foundation has also agreed to acquire a significant minority stake.

EQT Private Equity Acquires 20% Stake in 3Shape

EQT Funds Acquire IFS with TA Associates as Minority Partner

EQT and TA Associates will back IFS' management to continue investing in product capabilities and pursue growth both organically and via add-on acquisitions.
