EQT announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Eagle Railcar Services, a North America-based provider of regulatorily mandated railcar repair and maintenance services. The deal is expected to close in Q2 2025 and EQT plans to partner with Eagle’s management to support growth, operational excellence, automation/digitization, and geographic expansion.

Closing is expected in Q4 2024, subject to customary conditions and approvals.
