WSO2 is an enterprise software provider of API management, integration, and identity and access management solutions; the deal is positioned to support WSO2's next phase of global growth and product innovation. Financial terms were not disclosed; the transaction is expected to close in H2 2024.

EQT Private Equity Acquires Minority Stake in United Talent Agency

EQT Private Equity (via its EQT X fund) agreed to acquire a minority stake in United Talent Agency (UTA), becoming the largest outside shareholder while UTA's partnership and leadership retain control. Investcorp will sell its full minority stake and EQT will also purchase portions of existing stakes from continuing shareholders including PSP Investments; the investment will support UTA's growth, innovation and international expansion.
