ACA Group, the Genstar Capital-backed governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) consultancy, has acquired Encore Compliance, a New York-based AI-driven compliance software firm founded in 2023. The acquisition brings Encore's GenAI-powered surveillance and transcription capabilities into ACA's Managed Services and ComplianceAlpha platform to strengthen expert-network call chaperoning and MNPI risk monitoring for asset managers and investment advisers.

Accenture Acquires Advoco to Expand Industry X Asset Management Capabilities

Accela Acquires Novotx

The deal integrates Novotx’s GIS-native asset and work management capabilities (including utilities, service requests, work orders, inspections, and field operations) into the Accela Civic Platform to reduce fragmented workflows and improve long-term visibility and planning for agencies.

IFS Acquires Ultimo Software Solutions

IFS has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Ultimo Software Solutions, a Netherlands-based provider of cloud Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software. The purchase adds Ultimo’s fast-to-deploy, configurable SaaS EAM point solution and ~180 employees to IFS’s IFS Cloud EAM portfolio, strengthening IFS’s end-to-end and point-solution capabilities; the deal is expected to close in Q3 2022.
