ESG, a provider of energy SaaS solutions, has acquired Phidex, a specialist in pricing, settlement and revenue assurance software and energy consultancy services. The deal expands ESG's data analytics and pricing capabilities to better serve energy suppliers and utilities across the UK and North America.
