XTM, Inc. has acquired the assets of Tiproll, a gratuity-pooling and distribution calculation software, as an add-on to its Today payout platform. XTM will integrate and rebrand the technology (Today Tippool/Tippool) to provide automated tip-pooling and distribution for hospitality customers across North America, with commercial launch and integration planned in the near term.
