Eurobio Scientific entered into a definitive agreement to acquire CareDx’s Lab Products transplant lab products division for €145 million (about $170 million) in cash. The deal will integrate the acquired Lab Products portfolio into Eurobio’s GenDx operations and is intended to expand GenDx’s comprehensive transplantation IVD workflow, from pre-transplant HLA typing to post-transplant monitoring solutions.

QIAGEN Acquires Genoox
