EventLink, a Fort Point Capital portfolio company, has acquired OutCold, a Chicago-based experiential marketing agency that provides creative, fabrication, logistics and staffing services for automotive, CPG, hospitality, retail and technology clients. The deal expands EventLink's experiential capabilities and client footprint by adding OutCold's expertise in mobile marketing, vehicle-based tours, custom builds and event production.
