Evergreen Acquires Office Solutions IT (OSIT) in Australia

Evergreen announced its largest acquisition in the ANZ region by welcoming Office Solutions IT (OSIT) into its managed IT services and software portfolio via Lyra Technology Group. The deal marks Evergreen’s first acquisition of an ANZ managed service provider (MSP) with an existing ESOP, with OSIT joining other ESOPs in the Evergreen portfolio.
