Singapore-based private equity firm Everstone Capital has acquired a majority stake in Wingify, the India-founded SaaS company behind the VWO experience optimization platform. The investment will support VWO's product innovation and international growth while founders Paras Chopra and Sparsh Gupta remain shareholders and board/management participants.
