Evertec to Acquire Controlling Stake in Tecnobank

Evertec, Inc. entered into a definitive agreement to acquire a 75% controlling stake in Tecnobank Tecnologia Bancária S.A., a fintech focused on digital vehicle financing contract registration in Brazil. The transaction is valued at R$787 million (about USD $144 million) and is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2025, subject to customary conditions including Brazilian competition authority approval (CADE).

Celero Commerce Acquires Everest Payment Solutions

Celero Commerce acquired Florida-based Everest Payment Solutions, a national provider of payment processing services, expanding Celero's merchant footprint and capabilities. With the acquisition Celero will serve over 45,000 merchants and process more than $18 billion in annual card volume, while combining Everest's local, bundled technology solutions with Celero's platform and business management tools.

Thoma Bravo Acquires Everbridge in $1.8 Billion All-Cash Deal

EverCommerce Acquires Briostack

Electrical Components International Acquires Britech, Inc.

Electrical Components International (ECI), a Cerberus-backed global supplier of electrical distribution systems and assemblies, has acquired Britech, Inc., a specialty manufacturer of wire harnesses, cable assemblies and control panels based in Allentown, Pennsylvania. The acquisition expands ECI's capabilities and presence in the high-growth global semiconductor market and will keep Britech operating under its current management at its 50,000 sq. ft. Allentown facility.
