EVI Industries, Inc. (EVI) has completed the acquisition of Girbau North America (GNA), a master distributor and service provider of commercial and industrial laundry equipment. The transaction expands EVI’s distribution and service network across North America, preserves GNA’s existing leadership and Girbau partnership, and is expected to materially increase EVI's market position and operating income.
