Evo Acquisition Corp. to Take 20Cube Logistics Public via Business Combination

Evo Acquisition Corp. (a special purpose acquisition company) has entered into a definitive business combination agreement with Singapore-based 20Cube Logistics Pte. Ltd. to create a new public company, 20Cube Logistics Solutions Ltd., expected to trade on Nasdaq under the ticker “TCUB.” The deal is expected to close in the first quarter of 2023 and includes up to $135 million in net cash proceeds at closing, subject to redemptions and financing terms.

Blackboxstocks, Inc. (NASDAQ: BLBX) signed a definitive agreement to acquire UK-based Evtec Aluminium Limited, with the deal expected to close in Q1 2024. Evtec projects approximately $52 million in revenue for fiscal year ending June 30, 2024, has a large order book (~$778 million) and supplies proprietary components to OEMs including Jaguar Land Rover; Blackbox will hold 26.7% of the combined company post-merger and has already acquired a 13% stake in sister company Evtec Automotive with plans to acquire the remainder in parallel.
