Exacta Land Surveyors, a Summit Park portfolio company, has completed the acquisition of Snider & Associates, a Germantown, Maryland-based residential surveying firm. The deal expands Exacta’s presence in the Maryland and Washington, D.C. markets and is the company’s fourth add-on acquisition under Summit Park ownership.

Stellus Capital Management provided a senior secured credit facility and equity co-investment to support the transaction. Summit Park plans to support geographic expansion, operational optimization, and accelerated development and go-to-market investment for Exacta's SurveyStars platform.
