Exchange Income Corporation (TSX: EIF) has acquired Carson Air Ltd., a Kelowna, British Columbia–based provider of fixed-wing air ambulance, air cargo and flight training services. The transaction involved Wynnchurch Capital selling its investment in Carson Air, handing ownership to Exchange Income as part of the buyer's expansion of its aviation services portfolio.
