Exchange Income Corporation Acquires Spartan Mat, LLC and Spartan Composites, LLC

Exchange Income Corporation (EIC) has successfully closed its acquisition of Spartan Mat, LLC and its subsidiary Spartan Composites, LLC for a purchase price of US$120 million. The deal expands EIC’s Environmental Access Solutions business line into the United States matting market and adds composite manufacturing capabilities, including the SYSTEM7 and SYSTEM7-XTT product lines and the FODS Trackout system.
