EyeSouth Partners, a physician-focused eye care management services organization backed by Shore Capital Partners, completed an affiliation with Midwest Eye Center, adding 28 doctors and expanding EyeSouth's network into Ohio and Kentucky. The deal brings Midwest Eye Center's 19 clinical locations and two ambulatory surgery centers in the Greater Cincinnati area into EyeSouth's platform to support growth, operations, and clinical quality.
