Fabasoft AG signed a purchase and participation agreement to acquire a majority stake in Swiss software and technology company 4teamwork AG. Upon full implementation (including share purchases, a capital increase, and a merger into Fabasoft Schweiz AG), Fabasoft is expected to hold 70% of the shares in the newly structured Fabasoft 4teamwork AG, with former CEO Dr. Pascal Habegger retaining 30%.
