Fastfrate Group acquired cross-border carrier Bestway Cartage Limited and Bestway Global Limited, effective August 1, 2020. The purchase expands Fastfrate's cross-border capabilities and U.S. market footprint by integrating Bestway's Ontario–U.S. operations into Fastfrate's Woodbridge facility to provide end-to-end, closed-loop cross-border service.
