Fidelity National Financial Acquires Four Title and Escrow Agencies in St. Louis / Southern Illinois

Fidelity National Financial, Inc. announced the acquisition of St. Louis Title, Security Title Insurance Agency, Accurate Disbursing of St. Louis, and Benchmark Title of Southern Illinois. The deal brings local title, escrow and disbursing teams into FNF’s national platform to expand its service footprint in the St. Louis metropolitan area and Southern Illinois; John Schaefer will continue to lead operations.
