FieldEdge/Clearent Software Holdings Acquires Coolfront Technologies

FieldEdge, under its parent Clearent Software Holdings, has acquired Coolfront Technologies. Coolfront will retain its brand and operate as an independent subsidiary of FieldEdge to expand field-service management and flat-rate pricing capabilities across HVAC, plumbing and electrical contractors; financial terms were not disclosed.
