First Class Air Holdings (a portfolio company of O2 Investment Partners) made an investment in AVI Aviation, the holding company for Aviation Inflatables, Inc. and Survival Products, Inc., expanding FCAH’s aerospace aftermarket capabilities. AVI is an FAA/EASA Part 21 manufacturer and Part 145 licensed repair station specializing in MRO and manufacturing of aircraft emergency equipment and is headquartered in Sunrise, Florida.
