Fitch Learning to Acquire Moody’s Analytics Learning Solutions and the Canadian Securities Institute

Fitch Learning has signed an agreement with Moody’s to acquire two businesses: Moody’s Analytics Learning Solutions (MALS) and the Canadian Securities Institute (CSI). The acquisitions will expand Fitch Learning’s offerings in credit training and professional certifications for commercial banking, consumer banking, and investment management, and are expected to close in the fourth quarter subject to regulatory approvals.
