Flashy Finance Acquires StoryFire to Launch Flashy Social

San Francisco-based Flashy Finance has acquired social video and streaming platform StoryFire and will fold the platform into a new product vertical called Flashy Social. The deal brings StoryFire’s ~2.5 million users into Flashy’s cultural finance ecosystem to enable creator monetization, token incentives, and next‑generation streaming mechanics.
