Flashy Finance has acquired BeeMee, a music-first social platform focused on karaoke, remixing, and creator-driven music distribution, and will integrate it into a new music division called Flashy Buzz. The acquisition expands Flashy’s financial protocol stack into the audio/sound layer to enable sing-to-earn mechanics, tokenized fandom, and audio-based creator monetization.
