Beehive Group Holdings acquires majority stake in Themar debt crowdfunding platform

Beehive Group Holdings Limited has completed its acquisition of a majority stake in Themar Al Aamal Commercial Company LLC, the holding company behind the SAMA-regulated Saudi debt crowdfunding platform Themar Al Aamal for Crowdfunding Company CJSC. The deal makes Beehive the first digital SME financing platform regulated across three GCC markets (UAE, Oman, and Saudi Arabia) and is intended to scale regulated SME financing in Saudi Arabia.
