Flow Control Group, a portfolio company of KKR & Co. Inc., has acquired Shaltz Automation, a Flint, Michigan-based industrial automation solutions provider. Exit Strategies Group served as exclusive financial advisor to Shaltz; deal terms were not disclosed. The acquisition expands Flow Control Group's coverage in the industrial automation segment across North America.
