A&M Capital Strategic Investments (AMCSI) made a minority equity investment alongside MidOcean and Monroe Capital provided financing and an equity co-investment to support the deal; financial terms were not disclosed.

GFT Technologies SE Acquires Sophos Solutions from Advent International

GFT Technologies SE agreed to acquire 100% of Colombia-based core banking specialist Sophos Solutions S.A.S. from Advent International, expanding GFT’s core banking, AI and cloud modernisation capabilities and boosting its presence across Latin America. The deal adds roughly 1,700 employees to GFT (increasing headcount by almost 20%) and positions GFT among the top three banking IT services providers in Latin America; the transaction was expected to close in early February 2024.
