Fourshore Partners, a Miami-based private equity firm, has acquired Palm Coast Sales, a Jupiter, Florida wholesale distributor of premium outdoor kitchen appliances, grills and accessories. Nate Barbera, an operating executive at Fourshore, will assume the role of President and CEO at Palm Coast Sales as the firm looks to expand the company’s retailer network, product offerings and geographic footprint across the Southeastern United States.
