Osprey Landscape Group, backed by Southfield Capital, has acquired Palm Gardens Landscape, a commercial landscaping services provider in the Dallas–Fort Worth market. The acquisition expands Osprey’s presence in Texas and strengthens its existing Texas platform, EarthWorks Inc.
