FUJIFILM Business Innovation has entered into a share transfer agreement to acquire ETG Global Information Technology Services Inc., including ETG US., Inc. and ETG Consulting Inc. The deal is intended to strengthen FUJIFILM’s IT talent base and accelerate its ERP system sales and implementation support business worldwide.
