CenterOak Partners-backed FullSpeed Automotive has acquired Uncle Ed's Oil Shoppe, a Michigan-based operator of 29 quick-lube centers and 5 AutoBath America car wash locations. The add-on expands FullSpeed's Midwest footprint and marks the company's 15th acquisition since CenterOak's majority investment in 2017, bringing FullSpeed's network to nearly 600 locations.
