GA Telesis Acquires AAR Landing Gear Overhaul and Wheels & Brakes Business

GA Telesis, LLC has completed the acquisition of AAR CORP.'s Landing Gear Overhaul business and Wheels & Brakes unit in a $51 million divestiture. The operations will be integrated into GA Telesis' MRO Services Division and rebranded as GA Telesis Landing Gear Services, expanding the company's landing gear MRO capabilities and adding HVOF coating technology.

STS Aviation Services Acquires GT Engine Services

The May 28, 2024 deal adds engine maintenance, repair and management capabilities to STS's existing airframe and materials services; founder and previous owner Greg Macleod will remain in a leadership role reporting to STS Europe management.
