Monomoy Capital Partners has acquired EnviroTech Services, Inc., a founder-owned distributor and provider of road surface products and winter road maintenance services headquartered in Greeley, Colorado. Monomoy — its first institutional investor — plans to invest in operational improvements, logistical efficiencies and geographic expansion across the company’s West and Midwest footprint.
