Bulk Reef Supply Acquires Neptune Systems

Bulk Reef Supply, the largest online saltwater-aquarium retailer in the United States, has acquired Neptune Systems, a leading manufacturer of aquarium controllers and accessories. The deal brings Neptune's Apex controller and related product lines into BRS's in-house ecosystem and is intended to expand product development and vertical integration following BRS's investment from Bertram Capital.

BRS said it will partner with founders Bruce and Lynn Partridge and Shearwater's senior management to expand the company's reach and accelerate product development and distribution globally.
