Boston-based private equity firm WestView Capital Partners has made a growth investment in Summit 7 Systems, a Huntsville, Alabama-headquartered cybersecurity and compliance provider for the Defense Industrial Base. The capital will support Summit 7's expansion of Microsoft Government Cloud solutions and broader cybersecurity and compliance offerings while the existing management team remains in place.

Summit Fire & Security Acquires C&S Safety Systems, LLC

Summit Fire & Security LLC (a subsidiary of SFP Holding, Inc./Summit Companies) completed the acquisition of C&S Safety Systems, LLC effective December 13, 2022. C&S Safety Systems — a Louisiana-based provider of fire protection, life safety services and PPE with locations in New Iberia and Baton Rouge — will continue operating from its existing locations as part of the Summit Fire & Security platform to broaden services and expand the company's customer base in Louisiana.

IBM Acquires 7Summits from Sverica Capital Management

CACI International Acquires Azure Summit Technology

CACI International Inc. has acquired Azure Summit Technology in an all-cash transaction valued at $1.275 billion, strengthening CACI's capabilities in RF hardware, software-defined technologies, and electromagnetic-spectrum solutions for defense customers. The acquisition brings more than 300 Azure Summit employees into CACI and expands CACI's offerings in ISR, electronic warfare (EW), and signals intelligence (SIGINT) across maritime and airborne platforms.
