Hearst Newspapers Acquires Puzzmo

Hearst Newspapers has acquired Puzzmo, a puzzle-games platform developed by Zach Gage and Orta Therox that hosts original daily newspaper-style games. Hearst plans to roll out Puzzmo across its brands (including the San Francisco Chronicle and Popular Mechanics) and make the platform available to partner publishers such as Vox, Digg, theSkimm and Postmedia.
