LFM Capital Forms Weller Metalworks Platform and Acquires Muthig Industries

LFM Capital announced the formation of Weller Metalworks, a metal fabrication and precision machining platform, and completed the acquisition of Fond du Lac-based Muthig Industries. Terms were not disclosed; Muthig will serve as the inaugural add-on to the Weller platform as LFM looks to expand fabrication and machining capabilities for OEM customers.
