Prime Pensions, Inc. has acquired Valley Forge Pension Management, a Muncy, Pennsylvania-based third-party administrator of retirement plans, expanding Prime Pensions' geographic footprint into Pennsylvania with its first office in the state. Terms were not disclosed; VFPM leaders Dena Hadzinikolov and Luci Hartman will continue to lead the Pennsylvania region as Prime Pensions now services ~11,000 retirement plans across eight offices nationwide.
