Founder Theresa Lungwitz will retain a minority stake and serve as Executive Chairperson while Diane Tryggestad becomes President as Pharos builds a new hospice and home-health platform to expand access across underserved Arizona markets.

Eruptr was previously a portfolio company of H.I.G. Growth Partners; the deal positions Eruptr to expand its patient acquisition, engagement and SaaS offerings under Amulet's healthcare-focused platform.

Pagaya Acquires Theorem Technology, Inc.

Pagaya Technologies Ltd. has agreed to and completed the acquisition of Theorem Technology, Inc., a Silicon Valley-based institutional asset manager focused on consumer credit funds and machine-learning underwriting. The deal brings Theorem’s consumer credit funds and engineering/data-science expertise into Pagaya’s platform, expanding Pagaya’s fund management business to over $3 billion of capital and diversifying its funding sources.
