Pharos Capital Group has acquired THEMA Health Services, a Prescott, Arizona-based provider of hospice, skilled home health, and palliative care. Founder Theresa Lungwitz will retain a minority stake and serve as Executive Chairperson while Diane Tryggestad becomes President as Pharos builds a new hospice and home-health platform to expand access across underserved Arizona markets.
