Pure Health, part of Alpha Dhabi Holding Company, completed the purchase of a minority equity investment in Ardent Health Services for approximately $500 million, acquiring the interest from Equity Group Investments and other equity stakeholders. Ardent is a leading U.S. health system based in Nashville, Tennessee, operating 30 hospitals and more than 200 sites of care with over 23,000 employees; Pure Health said the investment expands its international healthcare portfolio and supports collaboration on innovation and technology-driven care.

Community Health Systems' Northwest Urgent Care Acquires Carbon Health Urgent Care Centers in Arizona

Northwest Urgent Care, LLC, a Tucson-based subsidiary of Community Health Systems, has completed the acquisition of certain urgent care centers owned and operated by Carbon Health in Arizona. The deal expands Northwest Healthcare's ambulatory footprint in the Greater Tucson area, bringing the system to more than 80 sites of care and supporting its ongoing regional growth initiatives.

HCA Healthcare Acquires MD Now Urgent Care

HCA Healthcare has acquired MD Now Urgent Care, a Florida-based network of 59 urgent care centers, from private equity owners including Brentwood Associates and Blue Sea Capital. The deal, completed at the end of 2021, expands HCA's ambulatory and urgent care footprint in Florida and connects MD Now patients to HCA's statewide hospital and specialty care network.

Pennant Group Acquires Ardent Hospice and Palliative Care

(through its hospice/home-health subsidiary Cornerstone Healthcare, Inc.) acquired the assets of Ardent Hospice and Palliative Care, expanding its hospice and home health footprint in California across the Central Valley, Palm Springs and San Diego. The acquired agencies had a collective hospice average daily census of approximately 90 patients prior to the transaction and will be integrated into Pennant’s existing home health and hospice operations.

Intuitive Health (Altamont-backed) Acquires Premier ER & Urgent Care

The deal is an add-on to Intuitive's platform, expanding its footprint in Texas; financing was provided by Stellus Capital Management alongside City National Bank.

UrgentMED Acquires Urgent Care 3D
