Grupo Flex has acquired 100% of Marmota, a Spanish direct-to-consumer mattress brand founded by Atresmedia Hub Factory and Toni Estellé. The purchase is part of Grupo Flex's strategy to accelerate digitalization and expand its direct‑to‑consumer and online capabilities while Marmota will continue operating independently under its existing leadership.
