Alvarez & Marsal Capital Partners Acquires Worldwise, Inc.

Alvarez & Marsal Capital Partners (AMCP), together with its affiliated A&M Capital Opportunities Fund, has acquired Worldwise, Inc., a Novato, California-based leader in pet supplies and branded pet essentials. Worldwise CEO Kevin Fick will remain in place as AMCP supports the company in expanding e-commerce capabilities, developing new products and pursuing bolt-on acquisitions to scale the newly created pet platform.
