(ACI) and international logistics operator SLS Group have acquired HealthEx Corporation, a Roslyn, New York–based provider of final-mile medical courier and logistics services. The deal, advised by Bruderman Brothers, positions the buyers to expand and strengthen their healthcare logistics capabilities and create cross‑border and operational synergies.
