Bureau Veritas has acquired IDP Group, a Barcelona-region specialist in Building Information Modeling (BIM), Project Management Assistance and Digital Twin services, which will become a Bureau Veritas Global Technical Center for BIM and digital solutions. IDP generated €30.2 million in revenue in 2023 and employs roughly 550 specialists; the deal expands Bureau Veritas' Buildings & Infrastructure digital capabilities and strengthens its decarbonization and asset-digitalization offerings.
