Bureau Veritas Acquires IDP Group

Bureau Veritas has acquired IDP Group, a Barcelona-region specialist in Building Information Modeling (BIM), Project Management Assistance and Digital Twin services, which will become a Bureau Veritas Global Technical Center for BIM and digital solutions. IDP generated €30.2 million in revenue in 2023 and employs roughly 550 specialists; the deal expands Bureau Veritas' Buildings & Infrastructure digital capabilities and strengthens its decarbonization and asset-digitalization offerings.

Bureau Veritas Acquires Majority Stake in C.A.P. Government, Inc.

Bureau Veritas has acquired a majority stake in C.A.P. Government, Inc. (CAP), a South Florida-based provider of building department services with more than 250 professionals and approximately €25 million in 2021 revenue. The acquisition strengthens Bureau Veritas' Asset Lifecycle capabilities in the Buildings & Infrastructure market and will see CAP continue to operate from its Coral Gables headquarters under CEO Carlos A. Penin.

Bureau Veritas Acquires Security Innovation Inc.
