Ethos Partners Acquires Norwegian Log Buildings Limited

Ethos Partners LLP has completed a buyout of Norwegian Log, the Reading-based designer and manufacturer of premium log cabins and bespoke timber buildings. Ethos — a private investment office providing £3-10m of supportive equity — funded the transaction to facilitate an exit for founders Mark Chatfield and Nick Forrester and to support the management team's planned growth under CEO Ed Taylor and Contracts Director Paul Williams.
