Verdantas, a private-equity-backed environmental and engineering firm, has acquired CT Consultants, Inc., a century-old engineering and environmental consulting firm with a 320-person team. The deal expands Verdantas's water/wastewater, municipal, and transportation engineering capabilities across the Great Lakes region and surrounding states; EFCG advised Verdantas and AEC Advisors advised CT.

Based in Tampa, Florida, Verdantas is an integrated environmental science, engineering, and consulting firm that has grown rapidly through 18 acquisitions since 2020 and employs over 1,450 staff nationwide.
