Steward Partners Global Advisory has agreed to acquire the wealth management business of FSP Enterprise LLC (d/b/a Freedom Street Partners). The deal brings Freedom Street's network of 38 financial advisors and $3.2 billion in client assets into Steward Partners as the foundation of a new "owned business" division to expand Steward's advisor-acquisition and succession capabilities and accelerate regional expansion.

HireQuest, Inc. Acquires Northbound Executive Search

HireQuest, Inc. entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Northbound Executive Search, a New York-based executive placement and short-term consultant firm founded in 2010 that generated over $15 million of revenue in 2021. HireQuest will fund the deal with cash on hand, a modest draw on its line of credit, $500,000 in HireQuest stock and a seller's note portion payable over three years; Northbound founders Rachel and Greg Feder will remain to lead the business.

Foresight Group Invests in eCommerce Agency Space 48

BrightView Acquires Winter Services Incorporated

BrightView Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: BV) has acquired Winter Services Incorporated, a snow and ice management company headquartered in Ringwood, New Jersey. The acquisition expands BrightView's snow removal capabilities and presence in the Northeastern U.S.; Winter Services employs 125 year-round (approximately 450 in peak season) and serves clients across New Jersey, lower New York, lower Connecticut, eastern Pennsylvania and Delaware. Terms were not disclosed.

Futurum Research Acquires Wainhouse Research

Futurum Research (The Futurum Group) has acquired a controlling interest in Wainhouse Research to combine the two firms' analyst, research, data and advisory capabilities. Wainhouse founder Marc Beattie retains a minority interest and will continue as president of Wainhouse while the firms integrate operations and expand joint research, datasets, interactive dashboards and events.
